Come and be with our BeLovedNow Graduate Community for a week of Embodied Spiritual Practices LIVE AND IN PERSON at Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Nosara, Costa Rica.
Laura, Cathy and Cynthia will create the most sacred of spaces for us to all marinate in the GSPs through Meditation, Breath Work, Journalling, Chanting, Singing, Sound healing, Co-Listening, Yoga Therapeutics & Restorative Yoga, Dancing, Swimming & most of all BEING… with LOTS of spacious free time to enjoy the glorious miles of wild beach and the beautiful Blue Spirit Retreat Grounds.

What’s Included:
Room, board and our program are all included in the price and the gourmet, organic, locally grown food is AMAZING! Airfare is not included but Jet Blue flies there for around $400-500 if booked in advance.
Program
The program consists of two sessions a day: a morning program of embodied GSP practices and an evening program with restorative yoga and sound healing. Wednesday is a free day for excursions or deep silence and rest.
Of course ceremony, ritual and celebration is always part of what we bring.
Gourmet Food
Your stay at Blue Spirit includes three consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian meals a day. We serve fresh locally sourced fish three evenings per week and eggs every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while our buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options. To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains and legumes cooked without any seasoning or oils. We work with local farmers, purchase organically grown produce when available and keep a high standard of freshness and good practices to make our meals as healthy and vibrant as possible.
Lodging
Complimentary wireless service is available throughout the Main Building and all accommodations except for Eco-Cottages and Platform Tents. There is a single computer station available in the Lobby.
The resort has a relaxing saltwater pool with views of the mountains and the jungle and is only a 700 foot walk to a three mile stretch of beach along the Pacific Ocean.
There is a gift shop on site as well as a cafe with smoothies, juices, kombucha, organic wine, beer, gluten-free and vegan snack options as well.

Platform Tents (fan-only)
Glamping in Costa Rica: Each Platform Tent has a queen-sized regular mattress and is placed on a platform under a wooden roof for protection against the sun and rain. The Tents are surrounded by nature and close to a shared bathhouse. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided to guests. Guests in the Tents can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge.

Eco-Cottage (fan-only)
The Eco-cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation. Each Cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with ambient temperature water shower, or you can use our shared bathhouse with hot water showers. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide a comfortable and ecological setting. The Eco-Cottages are situated below the Main Building and involves a few minute short hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building. Each Eco-Cottage has a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

Nature Suite (AC)
Nature Suites are very cozy and located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. It’s the perfect spot to relax at our Costa Rica retreat center. They are beautifully designed natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each Suite sleeps two people and includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk. All Suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the hill to the Main Building. Nature Suites have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

Pacifico Cottage (AC)
The Pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the Ocean will rock you to sleep. These beautiful and rustic new rooms have one queen-size bed for a single person or couple, an outdoor shower, air conditioning and feature a private porch with a hammock and a daybed, along with a safe big enough to fit a 17″ laptop. From the main building the Cottages are a short walk down the hill towards the beach.

Hermitage (AC)
The Hermitage rooms located in the main building are specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget friendly. Some rooms have seasonal partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby, a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C. Also available with two twin beds.

Mountain View (AC)
The Mountain Room double has a step-out balcony and large windows with an extraordinary mountain view to take in the true sound healing in Costa Rica. The room is tastefully furnished and provides the perfect space for one or two people. It has a king-sized bed or two twins with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

Ocean View (AC)
The Ocean View double rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful ocean views. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for one or two people. Superior Ocean View (AC)
These beautiful Superior Ocean View rooms have step-out balcony and lots of windows with extraordinary ocean views. These rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

Travel Info
Flights
We recommend flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR), which has been recently expanded with increased numbers of flights from the US and Canada. It is only a two and a half-hour scenic drive from Blue Spirit Costa Rica, and has become a destination of many non-stop flights from several US cities (New York, Miami, Atlanta, Denver, and Houston). Each departing passenger must pay (when not included on the ticket fare) a USD $29 departure tax at Liberia International Airport (LIR) before exiting Costa Rica. It can be paid in cash in US dollars, Costa Rican Colones or with a credit card.
Shuttle
Blue Spirit group shuttles run on Saturdays only, several times during the day from/to Liberia International Airport. Saturdays are the arrival and departure days of the programs. It is a scenic two and a half-hour drive. The cost is $60 per person each way, payable in cash or by credit card at Blue Spirit reception. Individual transfer is available for guests who are not arriving or departing on Saturdays: Blue Spirit can make arrangements for your pick up by one of their trusted drivers (one way: $160 one person, and $80 each for two people). The same rates apply from Blue Spirit to Liberia Airport. (We may add here that we will be coordinating getting the flight information to Blue Spirit, and they will coordinate the shuttle schedule).
Cancellation Policy:
Travel Insurance is required as there are no refunds unless your space can be filled by another participant.
