  • This challenge helped me find kindness in tough high emotion differences with coworkers. It taught me kindness to myself and made me want to take care of myself more. Stillness is what I found most useful in daily life.   • I wanted to to feel more compassion towards those people that trigger me. I wanted to soften the anger and rage i sometimes feel when observing world national events. The beginning of the month i needed to allow those angry feelings to arise and the more i journaled using the readings, I found I could soften around the edges and find the compassion for them. The daily practice is a constant reminder to stay in my heart space.

  • What surprised me the most was my capacity to forgive more than I thought I could, my capacity to understand others and the ability to consider their feelings on a greater level than I thought, and my capacity to open my mind more than I thought I could.   • This was such a gift of strengthening my practice of self love, self compassion, and self care. This was surprisingly helpful to get through a breakup that left my heart feeling heavy. Instead of shut down and avoid love in attempts to forget, I leaned into the discomfort and found self love to fill what felt like a void. I learned that the more I found softness for myself, the easier it was to accept & forgive others where they are at... I relate to the tears! Its such a safe sound & feels like coming home to myself.

  • I was surprised by the daily contrast - I had days of complete alignment, love and joy and other days I was filled with resistance. My best lesson and example is to always show up....whatever comes up is what needs to!
